Art History in Focus organises private lectures and courses for adults in London and Surrey. Ideal for all levels of interest, these are led by a highly qualified and experienced tutor, Siân Walters, MA (Cantab) who lectures for the National Gallery, Surrey University, and NADFAS. Regular study days are frequently organised to coincide with current exhibitions, and Siân also arranges and accompanies private art tours throughout Europe.

Dance in Art
Sian is currently researching the relationship between dance and art in Renaissance Italy and has presented a number of lectures and demonstrations at the National Gallery on this topic, most recently with dance historian Darren Royston of Nonsuch Dance. An evening event, sponsored by the Italian Cultural Institute in October 2007, was held at the National Gallery in conjunction with their Renaissance Siena exhibition and we are delighted that the evening sold out. Sian is delighted to have been asked to become honorary advisor to Nonsuch.
